I'd recommend setting a time later in the afternoon, say 3:00 PM each day of the show. I know this is when my dogs are usually getting pretty tired and I'm looking for a sit-down.
There are four semi-circular seating areas on the ground level of South Hall, at the top of the escalators. I say just pick one, and a time, and see who shows up.

Yet what those hackintosh prove is that Apple is charging a "Mac Pro tax" of around 1000$, +/- a few hundreds depending on configuration. Even if that tax was only 500$ +/- a few hundreds, the question remains: why?
It just proves you can put Mac OS X on cheaper hardware. Which is why so many people do it. People have put Mac OSX on netbooks, but obviously a netbook would never be considered a workstation class computer.

Bummer that you can't overclock that 920. You could do some bigadv units. I do wonder what that chip would be capable off. Those 920s are overclocking beasts.
How's that laptop folding?
I do recommend the gtx 460s. They are an excellent running card with lower temps and power consumptions. I've always wanted to buy a kill-a-watt to test out what my rig pulls on full and idle.

Remember the issue with the antenna, it was again Steve Jobs who took the platform to explain their findings, and to give a partial solution. Where was Google when they got caught out with wifi data? Oh yes, they were talking about going up to the "creepy line".
Do you really want to go there? Steve only (and finally) spoke up only after many articles, bad press and a bad review from Consumer Reports came out. Apple's official stance was that there was no issue. Then it was a software issue and how it displayed the bars. Then there was an issue - but an issue shared by all phones (only it wasn't the same issue) - antenna attenuation.
I think pretty much any business is going to act in their best interest as much as they possible can until their bottom line is in jeopardy.

This is a huge nothing issue and the press is making a big deal about it because they are all libs and they hate corporations. They will do anything to make them look evil and out to get everyone. They also like to down success in any way possible.While you can probably name corporations that have done good deeds, I can name corporations whose actions have been responsible for the murder of millions of people.
If you want to believe that corporations do the right thing, that's your right. However, I'm going to approach them with a healthy skepticism--just like I'm going to approach the recording of my location data.

I think they should add a "buy a new mac" button on the crash dialogue that takes you to the online apple store. Maybe even a splash page that says "Old mac crashing too much? Try one of these new babies!"

I was hoping this would fix the BootCamp/Apple Bluetooth Keyboard issue (you have to turn the keyboard off and on when first booting Windows for the keyboard to be recognized). Unfortunately, no luck.

There aren't any republicans in Japan :P
Some Republicans would be a good mix for the Japanese politics.
Too much tax and spend to no end by inept career politicians and bureaucrats (while enriching themselves in/outside and during/after their government gigs), with a strong emphasis on big business favoritism in Japan.
It's really sad to see so many "regular" people docilely line up for foods and gas without "publicly" showing their contempt because of the government's poor "preparedness" planning. Some hot-tempered anger and throw-the-bums-out movements will do some good in Japan.

First things first: I think you'll find that if you subtract 2003 from 2007 you'll end up with the number 4. In this case four years.
The year doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the release. Windows 2000 was released in 1999; my '04 A6 was built in 2004 while my significant other's 2007 was built and delivered in 2006.
Next: If Apple names it's next version of iLife, iLife '08, it would brake the routine, but you see Microsoft is not bothered about that so who cares?

Progress happens fastest when building. Updates are slower in coming, as you would expect from a more mature product. This data is stored in a log file on the device.
The data is not information about the user or the device but rather temporal and location data about cell phone towers and wifi hotspots used to assist in locating your location in google maps app faster.
A bug exists where this file is not purge/rotated periodically like other log files and this file is backed up to iTunes.
I keep on hearing about "privacy" issues but these are facts about what hotspots/towers are online at a specific point in time and their locations relative to each other. None of this is personal and can be obtained by anyone with the proper equipment driving around in a trunk.
In a nutshell, it describes what network resources are available around you and not where you are. This data is not super accurate either but is only used in speeding up triangulation of GPS coordinates using cell towers and wifi hotspots.
